Not sure how many caught the SB (senior bowl) on yesterday but just a few takeaways:

Some of the DBs showed promise and "flashes". One thing I can tell you is that a lot of these guys were coached up (brother Rez could probably give more insight here) in college. Good hips, timing & can turn their head around for the football.

You can likely find a good DEPTH piece on the defensive line here.

Auburn edge rusher Marcus Harris played well and has a consistent motor. Wisconsin's O lineman Tanor Bortolini (sp) has good hand placement and technique. Last time we drafted a lineman from Wisconsin ... solid.

Lastly QBs ... Spencer Rattler performed well and got the spotlight since Penix didn't play but I'm just not a believer in Rattler at the next level.

Bo Nix didn't have the best start but played better as the game progressed.

Anyways, I hope the Saints scouting team really do their homework on these young studs, leading up to the draft.

Someone could become a difference maker for us down the road :bng:
