Haener v Purdy

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I’m not sure we have the same type of talent, players or coaches, to win with a Brock Purdy like the 49ers do. I like Haener, but we’ve had several back up QB’s hyped up that end up being duds. ...

I’m not sure we have the same type of talent, players or coaches, to win with a Brock Purdy like the 49ers do. I like Haener, but we’ve had several back up QB’s hyped up that end up being duds. Looking for the diamond in the rough is cool and all, but this franchise has never taken a 1st round QB…and when you look at the history of the position here it shows.

I agree we don't have the ALL personnel yet but making moves in the right direction (finally). Offensive line being the most glaring in my opinion.

Enter Kubiak. Exit Marrone.

I'll be interested to see how the O line in particular is made over either through personnel changes OR improved coaching.

Add a WR
Improve pass rush

We could be back on top
