I agree with you that Mickey Loomis is a one trick pony, his trick being to manipulate the cap to kick the can down the road on a team trapped in a cycle of expensive mediocrity.

The fact is that anyone who isn't blaming Loomis is thinking his moves to replace others will fix the problem, so I just choose to blame Loomis not the fall guys and patsies he lines up. I expected our oline to be an issue from the start so I blame the guy who assembled it, not the coach.

Yeah for as much as I have bashed Peat he looked serviceable at LT during the end of the season. Leaps and bounds better than Penning atleast.

Results based business. They simply weren't worthy of their draft position, aren't worth the salaries they are being paid, or the coaching was horrible. They did not perform well.
