I hope you’re right Guido, I don’t have a problem being wrong but I just don’t see it with Carr. But I’m with Rez on Pennix. I think he’s gonna be a difference maker if he can stay healthy. However, I like Nix as well. Has started a lot of games and against some great competition over the last 4-5 years. I think he is as seasoned as anyone and I would be shocked to see him get passed Payton in Denver. If either one is there at 14 I grab them immediately. If not you gotta give Haener all the reps in preseason to see if he’s the guy.

What if Klint Kubiak works his magic with Carr and the offense, how is that list changed?

No QB will be selected in the 2024 draft for New Orleans. And that sucks. |

Speaking of Cousins, he does still have to pass his physical to make the deal official tomorrow.

It feels like that 2am, last call, sort of ‘all in’. Drew ranked in the top 3 with crappy defenses. |

I'm just kinda tired of hearing analysts & sports experts point out that "it takes time to get acclimated to the offense". This is year 10 for Carr who often struggled (even when the o line held up) & then I see a rookie of the year (CJ Stroud) ball out of control or a 2 year starter (Jordan Love) throw for over 4k but more importantly lead his team to a playoff win in 2023 . Carr just strikes me as a guy who doesn't want to accept blame when things go bad, like "it's not my fault". He still locks in on WRs & is quick to dump it off. All I see is a high end game manager. The new OC will help but I'm just not sold on Carr (prove me wrong) leading us back to where we want to be. He's just not that dude. As for Brees ... he was just a different cat . |
