Unfortunately, it was DA talking about not listening to the outside noise and the detractors and putting in enough hard work to get better. It's too bad when your coach is giving a motivational speech at the start of the season. Last year too many players didn't commit to their work. Now, the players are hearing steadily that they are a bad team and they haven't even played a snap yet. We need a new head coach.
