I have heard and read that "halftime adjustments" do not include material changes to the existing game plan and virtually never includes anything that was not practiced. If something like "sliding the pocket" wasn't a practiced part of the game plan then it or anything else not already in the game plan will be covered in those five minutes or so of available time. "Myth" or "Fact", there are coaches who come out of the halftime locker room with a different approach if their first isn't producing. It would have been nice to see some wrinkles to keep the chains moving and provide Carr with a little more time.
