It’s one thing to be a fan who never wavers, but to be a fan that embodies the mindset of a culture that thrives on mediocrity (barely that), basically equates being a Saints Fan with quite simply being a Loser. I know you can’t or won’t see it, because I’ve been saying the same thing to you for three years, and you’re still shaking your pompoms at “winning is not the goal”.

I am a diehard Saints Fan, but I’ll be cheering for other teams today, and into the Playoffs, because they PLAY TO WIN THE GAME. Have fun today.

I have no doubt my Saints will be playing every game the rest of the way out to win, as much as you hope they would lose.

There is a vast difference between hope and knowing, just as there is a difference between playing and WINNING. You just don’t get it.

No. Your idea of reality simply differs from mine. Wallow in your misery.

Maybe games was a slight exaggeration but I think there will be 1 game we dont score a TD in the next 6, and possible 2 or more. We did not score a TD against the Chargers. That game was before Olave was hurt, which took our receiving corps to minor league levels. Also against the Eagles our only TD was by Chris Olave, who was critical to our offense in that game, so without Olave we probably don't score a TD against the Eagles.

At this point our receiving corps is decimated. Our offense now depends on 4 stars who have all missed time this year: Carr, McCoy, Kamara, and Hill, and all are healthy now, but probably some will have injuries the rest of the way. Its easy to see us being held without a TD with no receivers and any of them out.

Who was it that played QB? Oh, that's right, Spencer Rattler and Haener both. How about our center that game? McCoy? Nope.

Wonder why we couldn't score against perhaps the best defense we'll face all season in their house? Hmmm?

At 4-7, with a percentage of .364, third place in our pathetic division, reality is real. Wallow in your ecstasy.

I never wallow in anything. That is reality. Positivity is a personal decision that becomes a way of life. A healthy way of life. Honestly, having God in your life makes it easier.

Good point. It is a great consolation to know that you might get to heaven before the Saints get to the Playoffs again.

If I do I do. And I'll be fine with that. And I'll enjoy being able to watch every play between now and then.
