Happy Thanksgiving

I am finally back in New Orleans, home for the holidays. While the devastation is as depressing as it is widespread, I am amazed at the progress and the enthusiasm that has infected the people who have come back to reclaim their lives.

We have much to be thankful for this holiday. We have survived and will conquor the greatest challenge any city in this country has or probably will face. The class and dignity exhibited by many is inspiring.

Thank you all for keeping the faith. Be well and be safe.
