Trading Dwight Smith?

I doubt Scott starts.

If D Smith moves to CB, I think Scott will start. Who are you assuming is going to take over the other CB spot other than Dwight? Fred Thomas?

i'd rather have bellamy than scott. plus, i don't think we're done addressing that position.

Ko Simpson in round 2 if we trade down & pick up extra picks. He's 6'1" 210 lbs. and has a nose for the ball. Watching him this year, I think he's the best safty against the run (barring M. Huff) & he's not shabby in pass coverage either.

He's smart, doesn't miss many tackles, and is a good cover safety.

I don't think Whitner will make it to the second round though.

And I would hate to see us use a 1st rounder on a safety this year unless we trade out, pick up a bunch of early picks, & draft Huff.

I don't think we are going to trade Smith and I really don't think he is moving to CB. Maybe they think Scott can play CB??????? Who knows.

If we address safety in the draft, I say go for Bullocks. A Bullocks-Bullocks combo? Fantastic. The one in the draft is faster and supposedly is as good as his brother on the Saints. Also, that'd be pretty sweet for Saints marketing. Twins sharing the secondary for one team? Niiiiiiiice
