Is it okay to talk about Javon now?
There is speculation that the Packers will grant Javon Walker his wish and deal him. If Walker is traded, is it likely to happen draft week or during the draft. Denver has talked to Green Bay about the disgruntled receiver. The Broncos, along with the Eagles and the 49ers, are expected to make a strong push for Walker.

Sure. Let's talk about it. He's an elite talent. I'm all for bringing him in.
Grant for Walker, I'd jump on that deal like a gator on marshmallows. |

Screw Grant for Walker. No way in hell would I go for that. I would, however, give them our second round pick next year for him.

Doesn't hurt us in this draft, or the next if we trade down, and we get an up and coming receiver. That's a winner.

And next year's crop of receivers is pretty damn good as well. |

I would not give up a second for him. I like him, but he's only had one good season-injured the rest of the time. T.O. was traded for a 3rd (much better receiver than Walker) & Eric Moulds was traded for a 5th (more Pro Bowl seasons than Walker-w/ crappy QBs throwing him the ball I might add). As much as I like Walker, a second is too much considering what he's proved so far. Stallworth had the same type rookie season as Walker w/ less I.R. time in the last 3 seasons. Do you guys think we could get a second for him? I could warm up to giving up a 3rd for him though.
