Well, i hope you are right on this one. I find it hard to believe that Loomis wont just sit back and rely on Rick Mueller to make the call. One more thing on Stinchcomb, its not common for a team to wait 4 years for a second round pick to see the field. For someone drafted in the 30's, he should have at least been there to show what he could do.

You can say that, but all reports had Stincg beating Gandy for the LT spot last year until he got hurt. No it's not common, but he mayhave seen the field last year if not for injury. Besides that, look at the first round picks who still aren't where they are supposed to be. Gallery is still not playing LT for the Raiders, and he was supposed to be great. Gross got moved back to LT for the Panthers, and he was supposed to be good. A rush to playing time does not equal a good player. That's the only reason I am still reserving judgment on Stinch. Until he takes a live game snap and gets his ass whupped, I am giving him the benfit of the doubt.

Stinch got his work cut out for him. He's going up against some pretty good DE's in this division alone. I am hoping like all of you he will turn out to be the tackle we hoped he would. Gallery was hyped up like Brick is now, suppose to be the next "great one" and hasn't shown that. Gross has played solid enough for the Panthers, but they were first rounders. He hasn't been tested yet, but the brightspot about him is that he's gone up some good DE's in practice and that can only make him better

I hope he can stay healthy and play some right tackle. Hate to have another Cie Grant on the team....(so much promise never to play a game).......I hold out hope that Chase Lyman will play in at least one contest. He has already lasted longer than last season
