Worst case scenario then is us being stuck with Bush, which doesnt exactly suck. |

I couldn't get behind that idea with Leinart, but I can actually see it with Bush. One scenario I see is we take Bush, GB takes Hawk, we trade guys and get Walker, plus an extra pick or two.

The Saints will get calls...but lets face it, no one is going to pay a ransom for him...if that was the case, someone would have offered it to the Texans. They would have loved to trade down but no one offered what they wanted. What makes you think that will change? If the Jets call, take 4, 29, 35, and next years number 2...same thing with the 49ers...if not, take Reggie Bush hands down and get to work on getting the ball in his hands...and then apologize to Aaron Stecker and Michael Lewis because they are now out of a job.

The Jets don't even want to give up their third rounder, so no way that they would give us their second. If they don't want to pay up lets take Reggie. I'm tired of teams thinking they can take us for a joke and that we will just lean over and take it. |

I read a Jets fans say "3rd this year = 2nd rnd next year....give it to them and be done with it"...not bad, I can go with that.
Does this mean we are still in the race, or percieved race, for Walker? |
