What kind of character guy is he? I say Bellamy was already a part of the team in spirit. The transition should be more seemless for the team and their psyche. Anyone else agree?

I've never heard anything negative about Vincent. I have heard numerous times what a leader he is. Also, isn't he the player rep for the NFL? How would it be bad to have THAT guy on your team? lol
