IMO McNabb had a really good game, we were just a little better towards the end of the game...

Maybe I am wrong but I thought I heard the MNF crew say that the Saints were leading the NFL in plays per drive this year. If so that is huge for us. Dominate the clock and you can compete with any team in the league. Of course after beating Atlanta, Phily and a strong game against Carolina, I think we compete with anyone now.

I dont think McNabb had that great of a day, he had a very good 3rd and 4th quarter...He went 19 for 32 for 247 yards 2 TD an 1 INT...Those are not "great" numbers...Joey Herrington threw for more yards and completed a higher percentage of his throws, likewise with Jon Kitna...Jon freaking Kitna had a better day...and he got a W for those efforts...granted it was the Bills...

i think mcnabb had some "funky" chunky soup before the game
why do we have to be subjected to seeing his mother and 10 or so relatives of his in the stand? Who cares? |

This was my reply to poop...i mean scoop
Read your article on McNabb, basically giving excuses, and trying to throw Brees under the bus. Only question I have is, do you watch football games, or do you simply guess on the play of the athletes. I am sure you have received a lot of response on this but simply put, Brees outplayed and out thought McNabb. I , unlike you, believe McNabb to be a good QB but will not grovel at his feet like you seem to do. I would give props to McNabb (such as in the game two weeks ago against Dallas) much like most other competent sports people gave props to Brees for his performance against the Eagles this week. I think what we have here is a "Homer". That would be you. You would try to polish off that piece of junk and say it is a masterpiece. Pretty sorry writing on your part. Looks like the only one getting run over by the bus....is you. Next time put the parking break on before you get out of the seat. |
