Cundiff's onside kick...
...was masterful. I haven't been able to watch it in slow-mo, but looking at it, Cundiff was looking down and stutter-stepped at the 38 or so and then pulled a soccer-style backheel at the 41 to put it right towards Bellamy and kill any chance of the Cowboys recovering.

It was a gutsy call... and it made Payton look like a genius.

RE: Cundiff
Of course Saints insiders know that play didn't just come from nowhere. The Saints had that stunt pulled on them just a week ago by San Francisco. Obviously they reviewed the game film and noted that the front line of the Saints return team would routinely pull back on a normal kickoff. I'm sure someone with eyes on the Cowboys return team noted the same thing. It's not like they hadn't seen 6 kickoffs in that game already!
It was a dagger in the heart. Demoralizing. I absolutely loved it. Here's to America's BeatDown! SFIAH |

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |

Loved the call but I think we should have saved that one.

RE: Cundiff
Why? Because onside kicks are a new and alien tactic in the NFL? Every team has a few onsides kick plays in their book.
