Deuce is one of my favorite players on the team, if not my favorite. I think it is a huge accomplishment for him to get a 1000 yds after coming back from injury. Also, he has not taken the abuse that he has taken in the past and has less carries, which could be a major positive going into the playoffs. He will be fresher than normal at this time of the year.
The experts say it takes 2 years to be fully over this type of injury and I can only smile when I think about Deuce and what he did this year. |

The back end of what Scotty said was pretty much was I was going to say Jeremy. You can put any Joe Schmoe back there... give him 25-30 touches a game and he'll get 1,000 yards. Also back in the day, defenses were much more dominating than it is today... look at all the high powered offenses. There are teams nowadays with two 1,000 yard rushers.

I'm pretty sure the Texans are eyeing Schmoe for their first round pick next year. 8) |
