this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I too liked Green but boy it sure is good we didn't do what I wanted. Hindsight is always 20/20. He did less with more talent in Arizona than I ever thought he would. Thank God for Payton and Loomis ...

I too liked Green but boy it sure is good we didn't do what I wanted. Hindsight is always 20/20. He did less with more talent in Arizona than I ever thought he would.

didnt espn or someone a few weeks ago say that green would be leaving to move up into their front office??? what happened there?

No one wins in Arizona, Green is still a hell of a coach. I don't think it was all Mora's fault, i think the front office is to blame as well. And as far as Coach Shell goes, if they would have invested in an offensive line(almost 80 sacks, incredible)they would have been a lot better. Thank GOD our Coach and Front Office is for real. GO NFC SOUTH DIVISION CHAMPION SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they should have kept him, hopefully he gets to coach somewhere else. If he wants to, that is.

Who every get the Cards job will have a very talented team on his hands. Just like Chucky in Tampa Bay, and he will get all the credit for getting them to the next level.
