we've got at least two third round picks given now, do i hear a 2nd?
i mean really, would all of you agree we would virtually be in a lock to continue to the playoffs with the duo of brees and carr?
hell, with the cap increased, it would not surprise me in the least that some team give up a first for him..........i think he's worth it.....hell, if brooks gets millions for being, well, brooks, carr is gold then.........i'm just dreaming in the off season hating that the saints fell to da bears........gawd..........

Come on guys, pick up an average veteran free agent and draft a QB in the 7th. We need someone good enough to step in when needed, not someone that we think could take over after Brees is done, not at least for the next few years.

Waz up Pakman!

I've been in a work coma for about a year now. I moved to Georgia for that better job and haven't been on the net much at all. I sat down the other day and thought about how much I really did miss you guys, so here I am again.

I decided I wasn't going to sacrifice my life for my work anymore and you know it's a pretty good feeling.

Did I miss some part where Brees has ever been injury prone, or where his shoulder came undone? Only Atlanta tries to do the 2 QBs at once thing and look where that got them. Getting Carr will not significantly upgrade the team. Save the pick for a TE or some other position we need filled.

How "injury prone" does one have to be to take a viscious shot and be sidelined for several weeks, if not the entire season? A broken leg is a broken leg, regardless of how many other injuries has occured in a player's history.

Unless you are one of those people who thinks every Saints draft is giong to go like last year's, and that the 7th rounds will always a produce a Marques Colston-type of player, then you should be in favor of the Saints trying to upgrade their backup QB position.

One good hit is all it takes, and a season is over.
