All I can say is "comeon Eagles make it a third". Musings, IMHO...Payton wants to build through the draft so I expect the Saints to be working during FA with one or two key signings, but they will build for long term through the draft. Unless Horn renegotiates his deal, he is sent packing. I read all though the 2006 season about Payton's wanting to ensure everyone on the roster has so many plays...Horn may not have met the expectations of Payton. Also, I don't expect the Saints to make the same mistake with Grant as they did with Howard. They will get something in return. http://www.nbcsports.com/nfl_players/3449/detail.html |

The free agent wide receivers aren't special. But there are some intriguing prospects.
Philadelphia's Donte' Stallworth has the deep speed Green Bay desperately needs and could be an ideal complement to Donald Driver. Stallworth played his first four seasons in New Orleans, three of which McCarthy was his offensive coordinator. In that time, Stallworth averaged 48.8 receptions, 14.3 yards per catch and six touchdowns per season. Last season, Stallworth was traded to Philadelphia, where had five TDs and averaged 19.1 yards on his 38 catches. Stallworth has indicated a desire to return to Philadelphia, but the determining factor will of course be money. http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=561616 |

I think they would be stupid to let Stallworth go. He's still the best thing they've got and they won't be able to replace him unless they sign a trouble maker free agent and there will be plenty of those to go around this off season

Who knows.... Maybe the Eagles will sign Horn, if we let him go. I would hate to see our best all time reciever come back, and beat us. Age, and injury aside, he is still a play maker, and someone will pick him up, if we let him go.
