RE: saints mock pick ????????????
Paul Posluszny.
I mean seriously, how could you not jump on this guy? Immeasurables are off the chart. The guy hits HARD. He's a natural-born leader. Exactly the kind of guy Payton needs. He was slowed last year by the knee injury, but this guy is an animal. The reason I don't want a CB here is that the draft is very deep with guys who could go late first, or into the second. We can take PP here, and still get the same caliber CB in the 2nd as we could here. |

mighty 12
Jarvis Moss, DE, 6-6, 251, 4.63, Florida, Jr value pick for sure neugey Justin Blalock - 6-4, 330, 5.25, Texas value pick duce, fhs623 Paul Posluszny - OLB/ILB, 6-2, 238, 4.65, Penn State value CB debate CheramieIII Aaron Ross - CB, 6-1, 192, 4.46, Texas as for the CB duce after Chris Houston - CB, 5-11, 4.45, Arkansas Marcus McCauley - CB, 6-1, 200, 4.36 Fresno State There is a drop off at CB that can sit alone out there. Cover 2 guys are plenty not man on man. unless we risk taking some one like Eric Wright - CB 5-11, 190, 4.45(?), UNLV with all the Character concerns or David Irons - CB, 5-10, 188, 4.45 Aurburn Unless You think Fred Bennett, CB, 6-1, 200, 4.40 South Carolina Tanard Jackson, CB, 6-1, 195, 4.45, Syracuse Will fall into our laps at 59 If we could trade up in the draft in the 2nd just a few picks Tanard is an option for sure. I do not see him getting past all the teams from #51 (NYG) on needing secondary help. Other than that we better get a good FA |

No doubt Paul Posluszny... he will be the BPA and the best value if he falls to us.

RE: saints mock pick ????????????
someone might wanna move up, i dont see trading down as a bad idea here, theres still 3 or 4 players that i wouldnt mind.....Ross, Posluszny, Blalock, Hughes, Houston, or McCauley. I like each one of them, so moving back a few spots isnt a bad idea, and pickup up a 2nd or 3rd and some aint bad. Prolly a player and a pick......

I can't see the Saints passing up on Poz and Moss... Lynch will be there for Baltimore's picking. 8)
