I thought the same thing in regards to eric wright. But from what i understand, the team sat down with him for an extended period of time and came to the understanding that the problems he had were 3 years ago, when he was a freshman in college. he has been living in Las Vegas for 3 years and he hasnt gotten into any problems. Its alot easier to defend yourself for making a mistake when you are 18 years old as opposed to making a mistake in the months leading up to the draft when your whole future is on the line.

There is just no way the Colts can match those figures. Your looking at your new Saints cornerback. Well worth a fourth rounder. I believe it will be our 4th rounder as well and not the two we acquired via trade.

I hope they get him, since they want him on the team. I hope every move they make comes out the way they want it. If they think he is worth a 4th rounder and can help the tean win, then I hope they get him. I just hope the draft hurry up and get here.

I think Reggie knows Wright pretty well also, so he may be able to speak to his character. However, I kind of doubt he will slide to us in round 2. If he does, I think he would be a nice 2nd rounder for us.
