Question about the Dome?
I live in Maryland and I have only been to the Dome for 1 game (Saints vs Rams on Monday night Football back in 2000) But I want to know are there any bad seats in the dome that I should only get at a last resort. I see alot of tickets for sale for the nose bleed sits and I want to know is the view from up there. Thanks for your imput and your advice will help out alot.

I usually have endzone tickets (10 rows back or so) when I go. Honestly I don't like them to much because you can't see both sides of the field and the TV's there for you to see are so small. Obviously 50 yard sideline tickets are ideal, but very expensive. I sat midlevel once and I liked the view much better. Hope this helps you a little.

I personally think there is no bad seat in the entire Superdome, granted I have really good eye sight... but really, the only downside to the upper levels that I can think of: getting to them...

The end zone of the opposing team
Simply because I don’t want to be surrounded by the other teams fans Lol’z Just kidding But seriously I have personally been to several games and I have sat all over the dome and I think if you are there to see the game they are all just fine Don’t get me wrong the nosebleed section is pretty high up there but you can still see the game I have had some seats that were better then others but only because once I was right there by the players and well heck who wouldn’t want to be that close Hope that helped |

I agree with PAPZ... i enjoy having the ability to see all of the dome from my seat and take in the entire atmosphere.. the seats behind the end zones in the plaza level are not good. check out www.stubhub.com
Bottom line, now that we've had a solid year and everyone's focused on us, you're gonna pay A LOT for this muffler! |

I once with to a Saints game at the Dome and our seats were at the very top of the Dome behind the end zone and still had a blast, don't get me wrong, I'd much rather be 10 rows up from the field at the 50 yard line but just being in the Dome for a Saints game is always fun.

Bottom line, it doesn't matter where you sit because you won't be able to hear ANYWHERE!!
I really miss the Hyatt Top bar! Nothing better than meeting up with all your friends for a few pre-game cocktails and all walking to the game together! |
