Wrong time in the game to be calling that type of play. I believe afterwards Payton even said it was bad call. Had that play been executed, we still would have lost over 5 yards on the play. They had it covered well on both sides.
With the big holes the line were making throughout the game right up the middle, we should have ran it up the gut. Oh well. |
