But at the same time Sean Taylor was NOT an angel or a high character man by any means. Only thing ESPN sensed was a viewer ratings spike because it was so unexpected - next thing you know they're just WEARING it out, and I mean riding that story until the wheels fell completely off the wagon. Shame on ESPN for that. They're in the business to make money, and turn a tragic story into dollar signs. Tillman, I'm guessing was just not big-name enough for ESPN, nor the NFL to properly respect and give due to a true hero. |
