If this were my team, I'd draft Steltz in a heartbeat. He's a BIG hitter
and would bring some much needed attitude to this defense.

Replace Simineau- My god, does the word BACKUP mean anything?
I like the MLB from Univ of Arizona Larsen. Tackling machine reminds
me of a young Zach Thomas

Replace Shanle- Might be a homer, but for the value we could get him in the draft, he
would be a huge upgrade. ALI HIGHSMITH! Watch him in the BCS and
you'll see what I mean.

Replace Jamar Nesbit-Average, nothing great. Bring in FA Faneca so we can FINALLY
have a power running threat.

Here's my shocker- Move J.Brown BACK to RT. If anyone watched this BUM play
yesterday, you can see he's not lived up to the hype, imho. He got
beat badly yesterday by an avg DE. Time to move him back to RT
and give our boy Strief the starting nod at LT. Strief and Faneca side
to side? Guarantee you we plow into the endzone rather than get
stuffed twice on the goalline like yesterday.

Replace Mare on FG's. Keep him on kick offs and keep Gramatica. WOW did Gramatica look good yesterday. The 55 yarder could have been good from 58 easy!

HERE IS THE MUST! FIRE GARY GIBBS! He can't scheme, his defenses play TOO SOFT and there is no attitude on this defense. Time to bring in an aggressive DC to get these guys rolling. Imagine this. Even a mediocre ranked defense would make this team almost uunstoppable.

Thomas.....needs to be a back-up/rotational guy

Smith and Grant....Grant to gain some weight and become our small DT...Smith...to stay.

So for defense we need. No LB's, a big DT and a DE. At least 3 corners, good FA and high Draft. FA Safety.

So for offense we have to either have our back-ups on the line step up majorly, but I still think we look into Faneca. We need a Center bad. If Strief/Bushrod/Alleman cannot play LT we need one of those. We need someone for Deuce, I just do not see him being back to his old self.
