Pay the guy the minimum and give him a clipboard. Then we can stop talking about Martin's credentials.

A good clipboard holder gets more than the min.. The kid on the bench gets that. First he has stand there and watch the game and act like he is into ever thing. kinda like a coach. Second he does have to hold a pen also. There is danger pay in that.
