I was laffing so hard I almost drove off the road, when I heard Mickey
talking about Simoneau. Thats was just nuts.

He's not gonna tear down Simoneau when he can possibly throw him in a trade package or if they plan to use him as a backup or on special teams.

I do agree.

Isn't he insulting Fujita with that comment? If I were Fujita I would be pissed.
I mean it's fine to have tact, but does he think we are all stupid or blind?

If 98% of what he said is BS, I hope the 2% that's not BS includes the purported recovery of Deuce and MM.

I do wonder if we'll see MM at all this season.

Haven't some teams been interested in Simoneau? Maybe the positive spin is for trade value? (Although game film does not lie Mickey)

That's my guess. Loomis and the coaches can't be so football ignorant as to believe what Mickey said about Simoneau. It's got to be posturing for trade value.
