i think he another body for camp...or insurance if vilma isn't ready by preseason........

not a big risk, but could be a huge reward....just makes me a lil nervous as he has had some pretty bad injuries and I would hate to see anything happen to him. If he gets his dome hurt again, he needs to retire.

MORGAN LANDS WITH THE SAINTS

After failing to land veteran linebacker Zach Thomas, the New Orleans Saints have targeted another available linebacker.

According to Steve Reed of CarolinaGrowl.com, former Panthers linebacker Dan Morgan has agreed to terms with the Saints.

Morgan was a first-round pick of the Panthers in 2001. He played in only one game two years ago due to a chronic concussion problem. In 2007, he missed 13 games due to a partially torn Achilles' tendon.

With Morgan having experiencing 5 concussions I wanted more information about concussions and found the below link an interesting read.

Dan Morgan will serve as a safety net for Vilma just encase he has to sit out the beginning of the season. At most we should need him for eight games. He should have another concussions. Which should be his sixth and final one.

Wow! I didn't know he had 5 concussions... I like that we're making moves though.

He'll give you an average of 4 games a year. Good luck!

I am almost embarrassed to admit that I've seen this movie, but like in Not Another Teen Movie, the Dome needs to put on countdown on how many concussions Dan Morgan can have until he dies.
