Re: Cromartie?
We all know that small school players can preform at the nfl level. Everyone is talking about small school players like DRC and Moss but heres another one for yall, Jerry Rice. We have made some big improvements in the d this offseason but i still think we need a true lookdown cb. At first i was like who is the kid (DRC), then i started to research him and i have to agree with most people including Dieon. If he is there at ten take him, that is if New Egland doesnt first.

Re: Cromartie?
I haven't studied Rogers-Cromartie so I have no personal knowledge of his play but I read in the Sporting News magazine that "In college, Rogers-Cromartie often got beat by receivers who will never play in the NFL. But he started climbing draft boards with an excellent Senior Bowl week and then broke out at the combine."
Yikes. I'm still on the Rivers bandwagon. Assuming that Rivers is still available at 10 I'm hoping that the Saints pick him. I think that he'll benefit this defense more than any of the CB's that will be there for the Saints. |
