I love this move. This means Carney is still part of the team, I really hated for him to be released after all he has done this year. This guy bailed the Saints out of a nasty situation early in the season, and really did a nice job kicking. To me it looked like he wore down as the season went on, so it did make sense for Hartley to resume duties.

Glad to hear it...and I'm betting that this is insurance that Carney doesn't kick the game winner for Dallas in the playoffs...
