Re: Colts Receivers better than Ours?
Really are serious, the Saint's have a complete offense they can run the ball
unlike the Colt's, so I guees 100 catches by 1 reciever is not necessary You have a very strong WR corp, one of the tops in the league, but they are not on the level of the Colts. How many of your guys had 100 receptions this year? How many TD's did your number 4 guy have this past season? Your guys are good, the Colts are just better....numbers don't lie. |

Re: Colts Receivers better than Ours?
Fashionably late of course.
She's no different than the national media. We play with 1/3 of our starters out and they say we struggled down the stretch, over-rated, one and done etc... The Jets upset the Colts in Indy and its because the Colts pulled their starters. Typical and predictable. I have no excuse as to why it still bothers me, it just does. I should probably just accept it and move on. |

Re: Colts Receivers better than Ours?
I just had to interject yet again (mostly because I can't believe this guy is still at it), but you guys are being too kind. The games you won this year were blowouts and not just to anybody, we're talking good teams. You beat the Giants by 21, Eagles by 26 and the Pats by 21. These teams aren't the likes of Jacksonville, Houston, etc. The "good" teams Indy beat were Denver by 12, Miami by a whopping 4, a game they shouldn't have won and were totally outplayed (I believe you guys beat them by a bigger margin) and the most telling is the Pats that Indy beat by 1 point DUE TO LUCK. Oh but that's right, luck has nothing to do with the Colts (thank God for that horseshoe on their helmets). They are the lucky recipients of getting into the SB by not playing the Steelers or Chargers, both teams that have knocked them out of the POs before, just like the SB in 2006, they didn't have to play either team then either. Yeah, playing two 9-7 teams is really impressive. But no, there's no luck there. The whole reason Indy is in the SB is pure luck. If I were a betting person, I would definitely be laying my money on the Saints.

I think, and have always thought, that this game Sunday, is going to be a good one. No where, in any post, have I said that, we are going to roll the Colts. I said, I WISH we would, but that's not saying, it's going to happen. This Indy guy is something else. |

Imagine that, coming onto the Saints message board proclaiming superiority. It's pure comic relief, especially when I and most people outside of Indy see this as 2 teams nearly mirror images of one another, although I still think the Saints overall this year were more impressive than the Colts based on strength of schedule playing better teams and winning with more dominance. I for one was impressed.

Re: Colts Receivers better than Ours?
He's just trying to get us riled up before Sunday. Typical troll. Has nothing intelligent to say, just talking out of his behind. And when people present facts to him, he completely ignores them, and continues to talk mess. I don't know what he thinks he's going to accomplish with any of this. So, you must think we're all of a sudden going to change our minds and root for Indy on Sunday?? Nothing before Sunday matters. Not stats, not wins or losses. Just give up and go away. You're wasting everyone's time here.

This is the best Saints team, I have ever seen, since I started watching them, oh so many years ago. This was the first year, that I can honestly say, that I wasn't scared of any team we played. Just like this game Sunday. I am not scared of the Colts. I have butterflies, because I really want our team to come out strong, and finish strong. But as stated, I am not scared of the Colts. I think these two teams match up well, and I don't see a blow out, on either side.

I wish more people would look at the big picture of the Saints wins this season and who they were against versus the Colts wins and who they were against. It's really not even comparable. The talking heads just love Peyton a little too much, maybe it's because of his years of PO failures. You guys just may be the beginning of the NFC dominance in the NFL should you win Sunday. You know, these things go in cycles, but the Saints will be a force for a good while.
