Re: Taylor Mays...USC
if he wasnt such a physical specimen, he wouldnt even be in the discussion of a 1st round pick or have gone to college at usc. what makes him stand out? besides the fact hes a mule and is lightening fast. hes not a big play maker. i dont think he'll ever be any better than a roman harper type player, who by the way was drafted in the 2nd round

Re: Taylor Mays...USC
well what im trying to say is really jus my opinion. i dont think he has the football instincts to be a dominate safety. yeah 88 tackles isnt bad, opposed to 53 tackles the year before. but 2 ints in his last 3 season and only 1 forced fumble in 4 years of college isnt too impressive either. jus hold off on the r. lott/polamalu talk

Re: Taylor Mays...USC
He is a bust unless he is drafted and signed by the Saints. Then he is a "beast"! LOLOLOLOLOL
But then again, I remember comments re; Meachem...once drafted by the Saints and now fast foward. |

Re: Taylor Mays...USC
Mathius is correct. 2 INTS in 3 seasons, NO THANKS!! Better prospects out there with better FOOTBALL instincts.

Re: Taylor Mays...USC
he caught every ball thrown at him except 1 at the combine today
hes fast....he hits hard.....and hes tall the reason people dont think hes good is because he has only 3 INTs? lmao |
