Jake Delhomme to Visit Saints (Cleveland signs Jake)

It's this simple...no Drew = losing season. Manning has never had a worthy back up because evryone knows the Colts will do nothing without him. Same for us. Pass on Delhomme and bring in a young QB to develop.

BTW...Haslett was scared to put Jake in when AB's shoulder was torn up because of the "fad" the press was having at the time with QB controversies. Delhomme would have done well, AB would be coming off surgery and Haslett would be in a tough spot. Delhomme would have likely become our starter the next season if we lost some early games, Drew Brees would not have come here and we would still not be World Champions.
