Look here. I think PT is a solid RB. IMO, I don't care if he makes a top salary or not, as long as we keep him and he performs on the field. Would you buy a coke for $100, if you can get it for $1 and it tastes just as good. If the man signs for a small contract, i'm happy, it gives us more money to shore up our defense.

Agreed with Loomis that organizations remember that when the contract talk starts. Also on his part, he can use that he was hopeful and willing for the new contract and worked out. It is good pr and eveyrthing, plus he is helping himself by working out his body in preparation for this team or another. It is a win-win for him .
Good for him. Maturity and good advice from his agents/lawyers. It is also good to keep that contract talk off from the media. I am not taking anything away from PT. I like his decision here. ----- I agree with Tobias-R's post. ---- The Saints will pay PT to keep him here. |

No dude it's not what life is all about, but it is what business is all about. We see it as entertainment they see it as business. Business is not very sensitive to what is the right thing to do!

The Steelers organization is scheduled to make $57 million by 2021, on the Heinz field deal. I know for an entire state, that doesn't mean much, but it would certainly help right?
