Meh I don't care which one is better; I think they are both pretty good. I think Bush is finally gonna have a breakout year this year(lol yes we've been saying this every year), but I think he's healthy now and he looks like he's finally figured it out. I expect both of them to have big years.

I hate these articles. PT may put up better fantasy football numbers, but Reggie is an absolute nightmare for every defense we face. They're both good, no reason to say Pierre is worth more, that guy must not understand the game.

I'd take P.T. over Bush any day of the week. Better all around RB & way more heart than Bush. Did I mention that he's better after contact as well???

When was P.T. never getting hit???? I've watched P.T. break through tackles for the past few seasons for positive yardage, while I've watched Bush go down on arm tackles. You're not going to see P.T. hit the ground on arm tackles. You also won't see P.T. running backwards, which is a big plus in the NFL. Sorry people.....I've heard "this is Reggie's breakout year" since 2006 & it hasn't happened. When are you going to learn.....just because you are athletically gifted, it does not make you a football player.....that comes from heart.

First, Reggie is the most scared, darting out of bounds RB I've ever seen in NFL history.... secondly, he goes down more easy than any other RB in history I've ever seen.... care to challenge that theory? can you think of another RB that darts out of bounds more than him? how 'bought one who goes down easier than the feather weight Bush?

Did I say that?..... I complained that it makes no sense that the majority of posters were getting vocal and opinionated about Sharper wanting "too much" money along with what "they" thought was too much. I found it hypocritical (at the least) that all of the concerns for money vs. value when Reggie is set to be the highest paid RB in the NFL. And I questioned, would resigning Sharper be such a big deal if Reggie wasn't such a hit on the wallet?

True, but the thing is, even though the answers are "no", the questions themselves are irrelevant.

Reggie does add an extra dimension of planning for opposing DCs, but I would much rather Pierre if we had to choose between the two.

You seem to be confusing the cake with the icing. A really good cake with no icing is much better than a pile of crap with a sweet frosty coating.

actually, up until just recently, starting running backs were the primary return men

any saint player that did anything that game set the record for most _____ by a saint

actually they werent irrelevant......another poster asked if pierre could do everything reggie could....plus more

i noted that PT doesnt do everything reggie does

nah....he became the first saint to ever rush for 100 yards and have 100 yards receiving in the same game

but i believe deuce or ricky has the most rushing yards in a single game for any saint in history.....or maybe even george rogers for you old farts

btw.....im just being facetious.....i dont care who our running back is because all of them are capable of doing great things on any play

we witnessed PTs freakish balance in the playoffs and we witnessed reggie almost single handidly torching the cardinals

both of them are keys to our success and anybody that says anything different needs to watch more saints games

I'm not hatin' on the guy (even though I have personal issues w/him). I'm just saying he's not worth the money he's getting paid. Would I like to have him on the team? Yes....just not for that kind of money. I mean, Reggie is making more than guys like Chris Johnson & Stephen Jackson. C'mon!

I agree way over payed! Although I'll keep rooting for him as long as he keeps improving and trying to better the saints, and himself! He may help the saints next year by leaving if he doesn't agree to restructuring that stinkin contract.
