Hey maybe we can market our own sports drink we can call it Gerit-Ade, Prune will be our biggest seller. All kidding aside if Carney can get the kid back on track than so be it. Odd thing is that Coach Payton has the patience of a (well you know) with him. Get this Coach and Carney are the same age.

Well, hopefully he can nail a few field goals before his season abruptly ends to a broken hip.

The weird thing about Hartley is I'm more confident with him on slightly longer kicks than I am the shorter ones. If that was a 35+ yard attempt we would have won

It's funny you said this, because I compared it to my pool game in another thread. The long, or two bank shots, I can make when I need too. But the straight in, by the hole shots, I will miss, because I consider them a gimme.

I think we just muddied the water. More pressure on the youngster...and when/if he misses, there will be added pressure on Carney. I think we would have been better just jacking him up in the back corner of the locker room.

This is a joke right? Am I the only one who remembers how bad Carney was the last time around?

I guarantee you that you aren't the only one who remembers.

Not a joke, although I don't think there's been an official announcement just yet.
