Jim Miller is a bit harsh. He had like a 9 yard game last season.
I think he\'s got loads of potential but so did Kordell. That\'s who he reminds me of. He won\'t be Favre unless he\'s in the playoffs this season. But he undoubtedly has the talent. |

That\'s a bit rough as well. The receivers play a huge part in this as well. He gets the ball there most of the time but has his faults. Let\'s see how this weekend goes.

How about ...Drew Bledsoe?
Lots of potential. Can have a really great game followed by a very poor one. Brooks is more mobile, of course, but he rarely uses that ability anymore. |

This is a little off the subject, but here is the QB draft class of 1999. Let\'s see how Brooks stacks up to the rest of the class.
Aaron Brooks Tim Couch Daunte Culpepper Donovan McNabb Kevin Daft Joe Germaine Brock Huard Shaun King Graham Leigh Aaron Brooks TOTAL 49 46 1557 872 56.0 10755 6.91 69 75 49 116/747 143 32 80.5 Donavan McNabb TOTAL 63 57 1916 1076 56.2 11340 5.92 70 76 45 169/1078 138 21 77.0 Daunte Culpepper TOTAL 51 50 1593 997 62.6 12006 7.54 78 80 55 131/692 159 31 88.0 Tim Couch TOTAL 57 56 1633 984 60.3 10569 6.47 79 61 65 156/1064 122 25 75.1 Above shows the career stats of the QB\'s. The case could be made that Brooks has out perfomed all of these QB\'s except Culpepper. Brooks went to a team that was a very bad team. Unlike Culpepper who had Cris Carter and Randy Moss. In any event, considering we got Aaron for a very low draft choice, I think we are very lucky to have Brooks. This guy didn\'t walk in to a situation where he was asked not to lose games. He was expected to carry the team. Which he\'s done about a good a job as you can ask, considering our defense has sucked for the past few years. [Edited on 13/11/2003 by BillyC] |
