this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I agree that this definitely the BEST secondary we've ever had. But I tend to think that GW would prefer the other teams to pass than run at the end of the game. Why? 2 reasons: 1) the other team ...

I agree that this definitely the BEST secondary we've ever had. But I tend to think that GW would prefer the other teams to pass than run at the end of the game. Why? 2 reasons:
1) the other team is behind, and they need to throw in order to catch up 2) our D plays best when they can pin their ears back, take risks and go after the QB If a team is running late in the ballgame, usually it's because they're running down the clock. |
