Oh, and, Geaux Packers!

Whitney Houston, followed by Beyonce, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson were the best of singing the National Anthem according to you tube.
Lea Michelle, actress from Glee, did a wonderful, outstanding job of singing America The Beautiful.
I agree Christina's was the worst, but I did not even hear her sing. I left the room.
CA singing the National Anthem and murdering and disgracing it is not new. She does this. Lakers Cham. game, CA sang Nat. Anthem, and it was horrible. A disgrace.
Over stressting words. Repeating words.
Why is the girl asked to do it over and over again.
I think after this disgrace, artists should be a requirement that is to be sung properly and if the person wants to add her own spin, change the words, well, don't be allowed to do it.

Write up about her SB performance...

Somebody said Metallica - and I'd go for that. Nothing against the BEPs - some of their songs are okay, but jeesh they just cannot carry it 'live'.

I was thinking this morning...the NFL should just get somebody like George Strait and park him on the logo on the 50 yard line and give him an amp and let him do his thing for about 20 minutes. There is something to be said for keeping it simple.

Get some real players you know? Metallica would be good. Hell, they could have drove a couple miles down to Austin and found 50 club bands that could have carried it off brilliantly.

Ima tell y'all what. That chick trying to sing Sweet Child of Mine...I don't care how good looking people think she is (looks kinda ho-ish to me, but that's just me), that woman wouldn't make it on American Idol. I know lots of sweet looking ladies that can sing, so how did she ever become famous? Who'd she blow? Seriously...

C'mon Man...

Unless your name is Ray Charles, you probably ought to leave the Motown out of the National Anthem. Pick a note and sing that note. All this wallering up and down...well, thanks hip hop is about all I can say...

No, wait, here's how it should be done for you young up and coming singers. Pay attention and LEARN HOW IT'S DONE:
