this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Alex Molden last season with the Saints 2000. Considering all the stellar players we passed over Eddie George, Ray Lewis, Marvin Harrison to name a few and that Molden averaged 1.6 picks a season with no pick 6's I'd say ...

Alex Molden last season with the Saints 2000. Considering all the stellar players we passed over Eddie George, Ray Lewis, Marvin Harrison to name a few and that Molden averaged 1.6 picks a season with no pick 6's I'd say he's right up there. He'd always play way off the receiver, granted they didn't get much YAC because of his closing speed but he was never going for the ball. The handful of picks he did get were gifts.

didnt we also get Shawn knight the same draft we got Molden? No wait... both of them were #1's... same era... surprisingly Finks/Mora.
