I've never seen a coach have so many former and current coaches come visit camps and practices as Coach Payton. I wonder if this is the secret to his success. Picking everyone's brain like a zombie.

I would guess that has a big thing do do with it. If you are willing to learn from others chances are good that you will succeed.
