Did the new bargain change anything or is the final roster still 54?

As I understand, the two "significant" changes are:

1) Game Day actives expanded from 45 to 46.

2) Elimination of the "Emergency Quarterback"

Total Roster Size seems unchanged...

Note: Hopefully Saints opponents will need that third quarterback...
