Saints' Loomis, Payton should be applauded for free agency moves

I have a conspiracy theory about that. I think that part of Loomis keeping Payton and part of Payton keeping GW is that they get whoever/whatever they want.

In the last draft, Payton wanted Mark Ingram, but Gregg wanted Cam Jordan. They probably said something like "No way both of them make it to the bottom of the first round, we will pick up whichever one is left." Then they both came down.
Payton gives Gregg the first pick and then gets Loomis to trade him up to the next spot so he can get his Ingram.
