He had a solid game. I'm certainly not going to blame him when we schemed for him to cover their slot receiver... that would be ridiculous. I was wondering why Jenkins looked like a deer in the headlights one of few of those.

For once he made a play, good for him ..... it's sad that this guy gets praise for finally doing what most OLBs do around the league on a regular basis

Agreed he played well for Shanle, but nothing great in my mind. The INT was a gift - which if dropped would've brought out the tar and feathers - he was poor in coverage, but as already was stated, that was no surprise and a mismatch.
But, on the other hand, he was the first to tackle Snelling on that TD run in which almost everyone had his try to bring him down, but Shanle could've ended the play with a crisp initial tackle being the first one to get to the runner Still, one of his better games I can remember. |

Good game for Shanle.
He stepped it up for us on yesterday. As slow as he may appear, he has played better, week to week, than ALL the guys up front. And as it has been stated several times, if there was someone better, he would be watching from the sideline. |

Other than a gift pick, Shanle played his typically bad game.
