Though I was pretty sleepy, I can't remember any of our corners being burned that bad w/o it being a blown coverage from our safety. Mostly everything was kept in front of them from what I remember.

Porter has regressed quite a bit the last two years. There's a good reason Robinson's the starter now. |

I'm not convinced that was either safetie's fault. |

As for numbers, he has zero picks and 5-6 passes defended. I was hoping Robinson and Porter would push each other more this year. |

I have to blame the coaching on their play at conerback. Why are we giving the 8 yard cushion and then sitting back to wait for the play to come to us instead of attacking the play. No way our DB's are that slow that we can't jam them at the line.

Overall, fellas, we've got a great group of D-backs. Even Harper got run over last night.
The Giants scored one time too many for my comfort, but they are the Giants, led by Eli Manning. They are going to score. Tackling will always be a problem, or so it seems. And that cushion that the corners are gifting must be a G.W. call or else it would be reduced. Porter has more tackles than any other Saint, but he is missing a step or two from his peak year of 09-10. Another potential interception bounced off (was it) Jenkins' chest. Wow. Alaska |

Yes, Robinson was horrible last night. The cushion I didn't like but I understood the reason behind it. It was the unwillingness to attack the play once it happened is what I really despised last night. It was freaking horrible. Porter was/is no better. And I agree with Danno in that the last 2 years have not been good to him.

I defended him early in the year, but now think he needs to really step it up |
