What did his son do anyway? |

I think our most glaring need is Dline pressure. If you get pressure everything else can be mediocre. When the giants won the Sb their front four were great and the rest was decentour below average Dline makes the rest look horrible. When our line got pressure with McCray and the blitzing in 09 Porter Greer Sharper Harper all looked awesome. Porter and the rest didn't get worse, they are left in coverage too long. The blitz didn't get there this year which meant trying to cover more wideouts than we have defenders. This is why we need Spags. We get pressure with the front. four and we will be totally unstoppable and we will do what the Gmen did to the pack. Spags is the Payton of defense.

No glaring need is teaching.
We did not play good sound defense at all. Missed tackles, DB's not looking for INT's first and foremost. HORRIBLE coaching and teaching. We were only good because what Sharper brought to the table. They need to hire him as a coach somewhere. You can teach everything... but no one did. |

Spags is the guy I want, After all he is proven to get pressure with the front four and dbs will have to play head up instead of 10 yards back.

Always been impressed with Jack Del Rio. he has always had a good defense in Jax. Look at how sorry his offense was! Defense was always on the field and still held their ground. Only problem with him is he will get some HC looks in a couple of years
