this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I can honestly say I didnt cringe nearly as much this year in FG situations as I did last year in the same situations with Hartley....

It's always do or die for a Kicker because missed field goals/PAT's always usually come back to haunt you. Kasay was one cool depenable customer but Hartley has youth on his side and give him credit for what he has done. As stated he has a contract so more than likely he will be back. (Contracts are made to be broken) I agree with some of you here that Hartley scares me. These older more experienced kickers just make it look so much easier. It must take a long time to nail down your technique and to be able to do it over and over again the same way. Maybe we can get gris gris on Hartley to make him mature faster.
