He, Nicks, Vilma, Colston, Meachem, not to mention the countless other "candidates" to fill their positions (should they leave)... Gang, it's a lot to compute, digest, structure and re-structure. Let's just say Loomis is earning his money right now. DON'T get caught up in the media back n forth. This team is faced with many TOUGH decisions regarding cap space. They were built to win Superbowl(s) N O W. Parallel our front office to the Patriots (minus the draft picks), it's the same "system" and approach to signing players. The nucleus will remain intact, new players will be scouted and signed to smaller contracts, and we WILL CONTINUE TO COMPETE FOR RINGS. Any thoughts? |

Hate to be considered a dumbass, it's more of a in my insignificant role in the future of the Saints as a business, I wish we would secure Drew for the next 4-5 years because I believe he has the capability to win several more SB's with the system he has helped established in NO. Pretty sure we would already have three if the other side of the line was as secure as the offense.
