Warner vs McCray 09 ( deemed legal at the time ) by the way probably un called for given the final score.
Farve all day ( This is probably the one with the most scrutiny )

But three years I don't remember seeing any stretchers, or is it just me.
( Tracy Porter, and Courtney Roby ) any body else.
And those hits still happen even without the presence of a penny-ante bounty.

I'd also like to place the blame on GW and the defensive unit alone, while keeping the rest of the franchise on the clear, but I just can't believe that nobody else knew about it within the franchise.

As it has been reported numerous times during recent days, this type of a thing happens in almost every team and it has been a time honored tradition in the NFL probably as long as the league has existed.

So, wouldn't it be only logical that SP, ML, Mr. Benson all at least suspected that something like this could be happening within the organization?

While this doesn't mean that they were directly responsible for the activity, they also didn't do anything to make sure that something like it couldn't/didn't exist within the franchise.

That is where we come to the negligence part of the accusations, which is something the league and Goodell are going to investigate closely when figuring out who and into what degree they are going to formally indict somebody.

As the US law system is heavily based on precedents, it leads me to believe that they are going to indict both individuals and the franchise - as it was with the Spygate - which is why I believe that there is no way the Saints are able to just direct all of the responsibility on GW.

Also, the fact that GW came out publicly and apologized for his "participation" in this activity might make the league be more lenient towards him and go after the franchise instead - it'll make a bigger statement.

I have a hard time accepting/believing that Brees would know that other QBs were targeted to be intentionally injuried and not object to it.

I agree, and if my teammates were targetting my counterpart, I'd be pissed, knowing that this wasn't much of a secret and that the other D would look to retaliate.

Also, look at the number of defensive players we have turned over in 3 years. How STUPID was Williams for continuing when we probably had 6-7 guys each year going and playing somewhere else.

Yes he knew it, but didn't care...have you seen the way our defense played?

He wasn't worried about it at all, cause they couldn't sack anyone

I have a feeling he knew what was going on..

And as much as Falcon fans hates us they feel just about every team has some type of award system in place secretly installed, it's just sad we had a bunch of snitches on our team.

What difference does it make? A good (legal) hit that results in a player being knocked out of the game is fine. It is a violent sport. If the hit is a "bounty" illegal hit then that should be punished. Just don't think this is the case or can be proved.

Hey Harper, next time don't drill that QB on the sack, just tackle him and set him down gently on the turf, pretty please.
