Nope! Why would I sign a near end of career QB to replace a near end of career QB? One hit and Payton could go down. Pay Brees and be done with it.
As the OP was worded.... We can not afford both. Are we actually going to let go of THE most productive QBs in the last 3 years for 5mil? Besides..... Manning and Paton are not a good personality match... Should we pick up Caldwell too?!?!?! |
